Watercolours can arrange gourmet catering to suit your personal requirements and budget. Innovative and delicious cocktail fare, buffets
or formal dining options are available (see our sample menu's below).
Tantalising seafood is a favourite for dinner cruises and luncc cruises aboard Watercolours, either served fresh from the markets or prepared by our barbeque chef. Non seafood eaters are also well catered for with a choice of char grilled meats, whole leg ham or other cold selections. We are pleased to help with any special needs (dietary, vegetarian, cultural, religious, etc.). Tell us about your needs and we'll be happy to ensure they are met! Apart from sourcing excellent caterers for specific requirements, we also offer the option of self catering by arrangement. We are fully licensed (see hiring details) or BYO by arrangement. We offer drinks packages or guests are able to pay by consumption.

Some examples of specifically tailored menu's to suit cultural and dietary preferences follow: We always ensure that there are several items of finger food for vegetarians to choose from as well as a variety of red and white meats and food flavours to cover a range of tastes on all our lunch and dinner cruises.
Guests concerned about heart disease will be keen to know the finger food will be healthy and fat free and our caterers will ensure this will be the case. The caterers nevertheless do not need to deviate from their usual offerings very much with fruit skewers replacing the brownies and sauces being adapted just a little!
Guests can enjoy a sumptuous seafood platter of fresh prawns, crabs, oysters and bugs, together with a ginger beef noodle salad and Asian greens salad, and rice paper cones filled with rice and either chicken or salmon and vegetables. These main course buffet offerings followed an assortment of finger food entrees and precede an exotic fruit platter.
